Can i join this Overseas Program ?

Hello everybody this is Shanah new to this Forum ,
I have decided to join Nursing Program in Australia one of my friend suggested me to join the course in Australia Centre of Further Education , it seems to be a good course i contacted them through email they replied me quickly and they also contacted me through phone it was amazing speaking with them , So i decided to join this program , before i could join I'm Looking for some advice from you all.

Visited the site. Looks like one of the companies that makes money from Filipino nursing graduates looking to go overseas. Why would a qualified RN need to go to school again to work in Australia? Check with the nursing authorities in Australia to find out if this school is a necessary part of the process to get authorized to work in Australia is my advice.
