|  Benefits of MAGNET status? Hey all! I have heard that a hospital having Magnet status is the best thing since sliced bread. How does Magnet status effect the nurses working in a Magnet facility? I have heard they do not employ LPNs, only RNs, the ratio is 1:4 and the RN does total care. Is this true? |
