ATT: R.N.s & N.P.\'s (RE: CDC-Sponsored Research)

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention is seeking input from healthcare providers about heath issues concerning children across the country. We are currently scheduling 45 minute, one-on-one phone interviews with R.N.s, N.P.s, and P.A.'s. We are seeking specifically to reach people who work with GP, FP, or Pediatricians. Participants will receive an honorarium for $70 to thank them for their time.

Currently we are seeking professionals from "large" workplaces like hospitals, HMOs, VA Centers, etc. as we have all of the participants from solo and group practices we need right now.

During these calls we will ask for advice in guiding the development of an important national public health program that will be launched in the near future. Participation is confidential and of course there is no sales involved.

The interview schedule is flexible to accommodate your availability but space is limited. If you are interested, please respond at your earliest convenience so that I may ask just 2-3 minutes of quick screening questions to get you scheduled.

Thank you,

Scott Bass
