Question researching for MBU

Hello All, I need to ask some questions about post-partum nursing care. I am on the practice council at my hospital and we are researching a few things. For starters, does your hospital require membership in a council? What is the ratio of RN's to pt, do you use CNA's and if so can they full foleys and get blood sugars, what dept. transports your pts from L&D to Mother/Baby(if they are separate), does your facility have all private rooms and do you think this has significantly increased revenue, what is your policy on GBS status - abx treatment, how many and how long-. I know this is a lot but if anyone has the time to answer I really would appreciate it. You can send your answere to my work e-mail if you want to - sking@PPMH.org.
Thanks,
Sheilab
