Is anyone familiar with Nexxus?


Also, why is the pay in California (particularly SoCal)so low lately? A year or so ago I was hearing travel nurses talk about making MUCH more out there. Is it just because its the Summer and people want to travel to a beach area for the Summertime? Do you expect pay in California to increase at the end of the Summer? I've spoken to 3 different agencies and they're offering me just a few dollars more than what I make as a staff nurse here in Louisiana. It just doesn't seem worth it to go across the country to make close to what I make here, especially considering the fact that the cost of living is much higher in California. I really want to travel there, but I want to make some money too.
