Does anyone have a list of policies written for the standards of care for surgery patients. For instance Lap chole patient, appendectomy patient, etc. If anyone one has any input please let me know. tforbis@lapazhospital.org

Try AORN recommended standards and practices. Also, Alexander's has a book of care of the patient in the o.r.
