trying not to sound too negative.....but how about a site for burnt out nurses so we don't get everyone else depressed. or a thread for newer nurses so we can complain about all the nurses who eat their young!

Check out the Rubber Room. Among other things, there's a lot of burn-out stuff happening there. If you don't see a fit anywhere else, feel free to start your own thread. Got anything in particular on your mind?

I did not see anything about international nurses but saw one reply from Australia...
Make sure you add one for Canadian too!
A thread on salaries, benefits, work conditions, CCRN/CEN tests tips and ideas, practice tests, tips and tricks of the trade would be nice too!

Well, I have added the International Forum so far; also a Wound/Ostomy Forum. At least this is a start! Any other ideas? Give a holler!

If there would be enough participation to justify a section for hospice nurses, I would find that helpful. Too many deaths this week, I wish I could talk about it with someone but it freaks my friends out.

Is there anyway to add a section for marketing and business development people like myself to ask nurses things they would like to see in a travel nursing company? I hate feeling like a spammer, but I think you guys are one the best sources of info for me around. I think other marketing people and travel nurse companies might be interested in this also. Thanks.
