Angry Why Don't we have Traveling CNA's?

I would like to know why we don't have traveling CNA's, we are just as important as the R.N.'s & L.V.N'S and we should be able to travel to other states and work too .
You see in the Newspapers all over the United States looking for Certified Nurses Aides to work so why not let those that want to travel, travel and have the same rights as the others do .... and what I mean by that is equal housing and all and benefits and other things as well ..... We are suppose to be there eyes and ears while working in the hospitals and nursing homes and many other places but we don't get to go and do the traveling thing and I just don't think that we as CNA's get a fair shake because we are the lowest on the totom pole and I just wish that it wasn't that way because we paid for our schooling and we deserve to get the jobs too that pay good money ....I know that we can't give shots and give medicines and all but if you stop and think about it we do all the rest that you R.N.'S and L.V.N'S don't do .
So if someone knows how I can go about becoming a TRAVELING C.N.A please contact me and let me know who I need to talk too .
Thanks

i don't know girl but i sure would like to do it. they do have something calles crisis nurse. where they send you to a facility where the other aides are on strike and they pay you 25 dollars an hour the first two weeks and then it goes up to 30 but that is only if they are still on strike. but you are right about this situation.
