It allows students who live as much as 90 miles from campus to earn a degree mainly on a long-distance basis. This year, 43 students are participating in the two-year program, which began in 2001." http://www.timesargus.com/apps/pbcs....11/1003/NEWS02 Hmmm. . . for the book learning portion I can live with them taking classes online.
