    dx the donald

being a psych nurse i have to ask the question how would you dx the donald after his behavior on the view? i don't watch the view but saw it on the news. my dx: severe unhappiness related to believeing money and being on TV make you happy. i might add being "top dog" is such an unfun job. research has shown that "dominent" animals die earlier from "type a personality" diseases. think about it - you ALWAYS have to be VIGILENT to make sure you put everybody in their place and MAINTAIN your "top dog" rank.
in order to really enjoy a dog, one doesn't mearly try to train him to be semi-human. the point is to open oneself to the possibility of becoming partly dog. :o

I never saw the show, but from what I do know of him, I would say he has an Inferiority Complex....trying to prove things through money.

I didn't see it, but it was pretty clear to me the reason for his press conference re: Miss USA...."LOOK AT ME!"

I mean, do we really need a press conference for you to tell us you're giving her a second chance for things most of us weren't aware of in the first place and never really cared about to begin with?

"Tara is a good person. Tara has tried hard. I believe in second chances. Tara deserves a second chance. Look at me. I'm in charge. I bought this pageant. This press conference is really about me!"

So basically, I totally agree with you.

Red face Re: dx the donald

I'm not a psych nurse, however I don't let that stop me from diagnosing people! I have to wonder if as he continues to age and not avail himself of plastic srgry or hair transplant options, and perhaps if other areas of his body are beginning to break or wear down, if this is just his overfinanced over-powerful version of typical male midlife crisis. I totally agree that he has inferiority issues. I did not see the show, but I have heard the things he has said about Rosie and Martha and most of them were undignified and low class type attacks. Not that I don't think Rosie can't be completely out of line many times as well. I just think in the past year or so, the Donald has become more and more like a Jerry Springer guest with lots of money and power...Sad

I guess I'm gonna have to check out the tape to see what he did now
PS I'm sure he cares what I think!

    Blessed Holidays to all

To be honest, I avoid anything that has his name remotely connected; why feed into the ego?
