Anyone have any advice regarding a temp position....vs traveling rn...med - surg or peds....southern cali vs northern?

I am going to do something this spring....have been getting calls from recruiters from agencies re: temp positions in southern cali and/or nv.

I have learned much already reading this website!....outstanding I might say!.......any other input from you experienced veterans?

Recruiters that have called....In House Assist....Nightingale Nurses.....I am looking for direction from collegues who have experience....I have plenty of nursing experience.... 25 years...just a newbie to the traveling thing:-)
