****o. This is my first time on this forum and I apologize if this doesn't belong here, but since it had the most threads, I figured it would be a good place to start. I am looking at administrative jobs, primarily hospital administration. I have my RN and just finished my Master of Science in Healthcare Administration. I have been asked by a recruiter what I want for a severance package. Since I have never had to deal with this before (and only hear rumors about our administrator(s)), does anyone know what are some very legitimate severance package benefits?? I know that somethings belong like, wage packages 4 weeks - 6 months, health & dental insurance during the same time, golf club memberships for families, etc. I am really lost here and any information you can add would be greatly appreciated.
