Sounds like a personal problem and not an agency issue. You should have read the provisions of the health plan/policy before you signed on the dotted line. I'll assume you were seen and treated at the facility where your injury occurred? Review their practice standards for needle sticks; if you are required by hospital policy to be seen and treated for such injuries, the facility should have to bear the expenses. A call to an attorney could help you iron any wrinkles that the hospital can make.
