Hi, I am a first semester RN student and I have a paper to write on Nursing Issues of Traveling Nurses. I would like to know what type of issues they encounter. Examples I have so far are: problems with the Traveling companies, difficulty adapting to changes, and drug abuse. What other issues do they face that may be different from other nursing fields. Please feel free to give me input on the issues I already named too.
