Hi,
We own a number of small apartment buildings and houses in Denver and Utah- and may be expanding to other areas of the country. It is just myself and my business partner who are acting as landlords at this point so we are not a huge corporation.
Our best tenants to date, have been nurses, and we are thinking of focusing our rental homes and apartments to suit the needs and desires of nurses and other health care professionals.
We would greatly appreciate your feedback about what the most important things to you in your rental housing.
Is it cost, size, parking, location, size of bedrooms/ closets or something else? Do you want flexible leases? Ability to rent a room in a very nice house with other nurses versus having to rent a whole apartment or home on your own, or having to get your own group together to rent a home?
We are not trying to sell anything, just honestly want to gather feedback from a larger number of nurses.
Our goal is to provide great housing, in convenient locations, at a reasonable cost, and to benefit by having low vacancy and responsible tenants.
We really would like to hear from you. Happy New Year!
