|  Nurse News - Nurses didn't seem to care about patient's dye allergy DEAR DR. GOTT: I was taken to get a CAT scan while in the hospital. I had a big red band on my wrist to warn of my allergy to red dye. The nurse told me she was going to give me an intravenous with dye in it, and it would make me feel warm. http://c.moreover.com/click/here.pl?r401004703
