I am a nursing student in my final semester (YAY!!!). Our final paper must include an interview with an RN. We are not allowed to interview someone we know personally. I would greatly appreciate your response.
Here are the 3 questions: (short answers are fine, as the paper is only 6 pages and the interview is only part of it)

1. What is your personal philosophy of nursing?
2. What leadership style do you utilize and how does it evoke change?
3. Hou have you been able to affect the health of the clients you serve?

Also, I would need a little bit of background information:
