7. Thou shalt provide privacy when delivering personal care, toileting and bathing.

8. Thou shalt help the residents control their lives by providing as much assistance as necessary.

9. Thou shalt give of yourself and your love and be blessed with love in return.

10. In laughter and in joy, thou shalt work to share the tear and the smile and count each day as precious.
