Just looking at the topics of messages, I have alot in common with everyone. I worked 8 years as an LPN and now almost 4 years as an RN. IT IS FRUSTRATING!! Keep trying!! Find something you like and stick to it. I'm going into instructing of nursing students at the local college. It is a field I have found that I love! AND WE NEED MORE INSTRUCTORS!!

You are so right, we have more of a nurse instructor shortage than just a nurse shortage, IMHO.
