She continued: "I am particularly concerned about the shortage of nursing staff in hospitals and health centres throughout the country. As a professional registered nurse, I have first-hand experience. I know how it feels when our nursing staff work under pressure due to a shortage of personnel. However, the shortage of nurses is being addressed collectively by Unam and the Ministry of Health.
