There’s no cheery waiting room, and there are no phones ringing at a receptionist’s desk. Instead, there’s a holding cell and a closet-size office. The examination room is lined with shelves and boxes of supplies. A toilet sits in the corner, separated from the rest of the room by a shower curtain adorned with hearts and black cats."
