World Bank to agree on Iraqi lending plan soon

soft loans and funds will be spent on rebuilding roads and bridges, repairing power, water, sanitation, schools and hospitals. International donors deposited $400 million into the World Bank's Iraq Trust Fund after a conference in Madrid in 2003.
