Was your LPN license taken? I have many more questions, but hesitate D/T the personal nature of your situation. You may need more advisement than can be gained from here, IMHO.
Hello To All,
I'm Rhonda, Med/Surg , Telemetry, acute care nurse for 7 years, and I'm new to this forum, I need some feed back please, I had a positive urine in oct, 06 and im now IPN monitored, needless to say, I'm very limited in what i can do, no narc key, no agency, floating, home care, overtime and i was also terminated immediately.....job hunting is a drag as a very limited LPN...help!

Is there an option of working in a Dr office or something along those lines?
I have emailed my resume to a Dr's office about 2 days ago, so hopefully i'll get a response, and i know i can't be picky at this time but i am praying that i'll get an acute care assignment so i can get my narc key back in a year....thanks for your suggestions....i'll keep you posted............rhonda:confused:
Hi and welcome to the Lounge. I don't know a whole lot about positive screens, but I hope you are able to get another job soon. I agree with the PP about possibly a doctor's office vs a hospital or LTC.
