Smile Traveling nurse: good or bad

Hi! I was wondering if traveling nursing is the way to go. I would appreciate some comments on the pros and cons of it by those who have experienced it. Thanks

    Pros:
Getting paid to travel & see the country
    More money, free housing
Getting nursing experience in different types of hospitals
Not havng to deal with the "politics" of any particular hospital

    Cons:
Having to move all the time
Going through new employee orientation 3-4 times/year

Amanda's list is pretty accurate. Traveling can be a lot of fun.
    PROS:
    *Fun-Recreation, WI, MI=Cold, Great snowboarding.
    AZ,NM,TX=Warm, hiking, mountains
*Learning, Evidence-based practice in other places
*New People, grateful for your willingness to help

CONS: Mountains of paperwork at first contract.

I wish you luck and don't forget to take time to play in new cities.
