Circulating Registered Nurse
The Operating Room Department consists of 5 operating suites as well as 1 endoscopy room. Approximately 185 surgeries are done every month.
The Operating Room and PACU Unit is staffed with Registered Nurses, OR Technicians, Certified Nurse Assistant and Central Sterile staff. All of the Registered Nurses are ACLS and PALS Providers which is a requirement of the department.
Requirements for Contract Nurses include:
3 years experience as a Circulator
ACLS and PALS Provider Card
BLS
