If you're thinking about Vegas, you'd better get a hard hat, because as a traverler things are really tough there. Nursing ratio's are unsafe and there are enough traveler hostile nurses and docs there that I have heard of very few positive experiences... maybe one or two.... compare to the fifty against there.
