ISO hospitals with nursing student/employee programs

I am looking for hospital in the Bay Area that offers some kind of program for their employees that allows people to go to nursing school full time and still be able to earn a living wage. Does anyone know of any hospitals offering such a program?

my husband works at the Palo Alto VA and I know they have an incentive program that will pay your wages while you go through school. I think you have to work there are least one year and don't know what other requirements they have (like if you have to already be in health care, etc) but it's an AWESOME program!
