Call Pay

I work in the OR of a small rural hospital. I am curious on what the call pay is for other facilities. I have heard of people getting 5.00 per hour on call. My staff would like to request an increase in call pay so I would like to see what other facilities are giving. Thanks, Teri

I am about to start a travel assignment in the OR in the area that I live in for
$45/hour!! I am so excited to remain local and make that kind of money. The call pay is 5.00/hour there. The last place that I worked at was a surgery center and the call pay was only 2.50/hour. So I guess this is a step up. Good luck with your requests for increases.

Call pay where i work is $3/hr.

I'm in western KY and we get $2/hr (for OB)

We get 2.50/hr. Although in the past it was 3% of base wage, which was a better deal.
