A man had a heart attack and was rushed to the hospital where he had quadruple bypass operation.

After the operation, the doctor went by to see him everyday. On the third day the doctor walked into the room and the man was sitting up smiling.

Doctor: "So, you look great, how are you feeling?"

"Like a million bucks replied the man, I'm ready for the bill now"

"Not yet" cautioned the doctor, "I don't think you are strong enough."
