New graduate looking to travel

I am a new graduate from California State University Fresno and I was wondering if anyone knew of any travel nursing agencies that employed nurses without the one year of experience. I have heard there are some out there but I do not know of any by name. I do have over a year of experience working in the NICU at Children's Hospital of Central California (Level II NICU) as a nurse extern. IF you find an agency to take you, then you have to find a HOSPITAL that will take you with no hospital experience as an RN...

Hate to burst your bubble, but you really need atleast one year of experience for lower level care areas, and two years experience in critical care areas.

Since you have previous NICU experience, you could probably get away with just one year instead of two in a critical care area.

It's a 90% guarantee that any hospital that will take someone with so little experience... you really don't want to be there... you WILL be at a VERY HIGH risk of losing the license that you just got.

I agree. Get your first year in, then travel.
