Hate to burst your bubble, but you really need atleast one year of experience for lower level care areas, and two years experience in critical care areas.
Since you have previous NICU experience, you could probably get away with just one year instead of two in a critical care area.
It's a 90% guarantee that any hospital that will take someone with so little experience... you really don't want to be there... you WILL be at a VERY HIGH risk of losing the license that you just got.
