i need some advice on how to talk to him /show him whats going on

I have twin girls that are about to turn 6. I have already started looking up information for their talk. I want to given them more information than I received from my mother, which was nil. I do not want them to be embarrassed or ashamed of their bodies when they begin to go through puberty.
