Frustrations over Cullen expressed

Frustrations over Cullen expressed:"Connie Keeler of Bethlehem Township wonders why, when Charles Cullen had such a troubled history, he managed to be hired again and again by hospitals in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
In December 2001, Cullen ended up caring for Keeler's father, former Lehigh Valley radio personality Paul Galgon, after he was hospitalized at St. Luke's Hospital in Fountain Hill to have a pacemaker implanted in his chest.
Galgon died Dec. 29 after a monthlong hospital stay during which he appeared repeatedly to be on the brink of recovery before suffering unexplained setbacks."

You have to wonder how many others like him are out there, getting "invited to leave" from one place after another.
