Pediatric RN - IP

Hi all!! What an AWESOME site!!!! :houra:

I'm currently enrolled in school for my BS in Nursing. After that, I'm working toward my Master's Degree so I can be an AARNP in a pediatric hospital for the terminally ill. It's a tough field but I'm experienced with it and I can handle it. Somebody has to, those kids need us!!!

Its been my passion since I was 5 and learned how to say physician. Originally wanting to be a doctor, I realized that would take too much time away from my family, if I ever decide to have one. I'm looking forward to pursuing my career and education and am DEFINITLY going to travel. I want to see the world and help all that I can. Im also debating whether I should join the Army and become a Nurse Corp.

We'll see... I can't wait!!!

You're right - those kids need nurses that are dediated to them. I imagine that it could be a very tough field in which to work.

Good luck with your schooling. We need nurses like you!!
