I've recently found some news that could have a dramatic effect on our US Health Care system. *Please* review the video clips and document attached before concluding that this information is just a conspiracy or attacking my post.

Senate Joint Memorial 8004: Document from Senate to President that addresses the SPP, North American Union, and NAFTA Superhighway.

If the Bush Administration succeeds in pushing through this SPP by 2010 and forms a "North American Union" which erases US borders with Mexico and Canada, won't this destroy our current US health care system?

On one hand, I think it's terrible that so many US residents don't have health insurance. But on the other hand, how many of those residents are illegal alien. From what I've read about the California health care crisis it seems that population has put an enormous strain on the system. Also, I've read that most socialized health care system provide care ONLY to LEGAL residents. Therefore, I'm wondering if socialized health care could ever work here given the rapidly rising population of illegal residents.

Does anyone know if there are any countries with effective socialized health care systems that also provide free care to a large population of non-citizens (a population porportionate to that in the US). I don't see how any health care system can succeed (socialized or not) if there is only a limited number of taxpayers for those taxpayers plus an unlimited number of needy people.

If Bush does open our borders to a "free flow of people and trade" and enable the construction of a NAFTA Superhighway, I'm wondering what kind of health care reform might take place?

Sorry, I forgot to attach this document that I referred to above. It's the Senator Joint Memorial 8004. Its addressed to President Bush and questions is actions regarding the SPP, North American Union, and NAFTA Superhighway. I realize the comments posted in those video clips seem to radical to be true. Thus I'm posting this as proof that the SPP really exists.
