Welcome to the site! Think of it this way, also....your (overburdened) classmates may burn out, but you won't.
Stop by often, and we'll always be here for ya.

thanks for the support. I suspect I will need it and it is nice to have place where I can find it and people actually "get it"!!

Thank YOU! :luck:
PS.....Pass the word on to your classmates, too.![]()

One of the hardest parts of going through nursing school is the fact that friends/family usually have "no clue" of what you are going through. Sometimes you're lucky and have a nurse as a family member, etc that can lend support.
Get to know your classmates, your instructors, do keep in touch your friends while you're in school, they'll help keep you sane.
We have been there, done that and have a t-shirt to prove it
Rather than make the same mistakes nursing students have been making for eons, ask us and we can help you avoid them.
Best wishes,

Andrew,
Thank you so much. It is very true that I have nobody in my life who actually understands what it is like. My mother and I have a horrible relationship and dont talk. My dad just worries and my very recent ex-husband took most of our friends! So as if nursing school isnt tough enough.....well, you get it. Thank you so much!
Geez, talk about cutting all ties.
Take heart and have faith in your own abilities, drive and ambition.
You'd be surprised who you can find for support both online and offline. We really have gone through what you are (nursing school-wise). Feel free to use us as a resource.
Maybe it's a good thing in that you can focus more on nursing, give it the time it needs.
Read a few of the nursing malpractice case studies on http://www.nursingcasestudy.com it will give you an appreciation of they teach you in school. They tend to focus a lot on covering your butt. These will show you why.
Keep in touch!
Sincerely,
Andrew Lopez, RN
