Just wanted to say hi, I'm 45, but don't look it or act it. Have been an RN for over 13 years working in a small hospital. Am married, one child, 3 model beautiful granchildren and have come to this forum so that I can speak freely. Am hoping that I am not in 'burnout', but my nerves are at that point. Anyway, I just meant to say hi. Talk you ya out there in the purple/blue yonder. denna

Nice to meet you, Denna! I think we have all been at that point with our nerves some time or another. I am looking at another State Survey by the end of December, and I knowmy nerves are shot!
