Hello. I'm Ruthi. I am a legal nurse consultant & a trauma nurse specialist. I lobby for disabled nurses rights.
Recently I had spinal surgery d/t injury I received on the job by lifting a patient in bed. I ruptured a disk in my lumbar/sacral spine, with extrusion to nerve root.
However I am one of those "you can't keep me down for long" nurses, so I will return to work.
I enjoy motorcycling, and I do own and ride my own motorcycles. I have been into motorcycle cross country riding for 46 years, and hate to fly anywhere.
I am a published author on Motorcycle Trauma Prevention, Cultural Diversity in Nursing, Plight of Disabled Nurses, and Domestic Violence of ER patients.
I currently own a Nursing Research website on Myspace for nursing students.
And am seeking to do HEDIS Review jobs in NV, CA, OR, WA, UT, AZ.
