Nurse Punkin Junior Member Join Date: Jul 2006 Posts: 4	Staff Development Coordinators How Many Hats Do You Wear? I'm a SDC and trying to see if all of these hats are the norm in LTC. Mine are.. General Orientation, Inservices, Infection Control, Safety Chairperson, Workers Comp Nurse - OSHA, Employee Health Nurse and Supervisor/Monitor of Care and all the paperwork that goes along with it.
