Hi every one;

Since I join dialysis and I'm looking for a site where I can share my feelings and experience with other dialysis nurses, and finally I found it!!!!!!!!!

Dialysis is a new specialty in my hospital. The dialysis unit in my hospital was officially opened on 14/2/2004, but dialysis treatments were there 2 years before. I joined the unit on July 2003 after finishing my BScN. Last year on September I became the Head of the dialysis unit. I still feel I'm new to this area and I need more knowledge and experience, which I'm working on it.
