| Re: Acute HD F/U . . . the guy's doing better. Stopped the TPN and the Bili plateau'd at 22. Off the insulin gtt. Draining bile from the NGT and today the Bili is 16. Never had to do the ERCP, no blockage of the ducts. Going for the N-J tube in am. Renal failure is problematic, still anuric. Probably transfer out of unit, sitting up, tomorrow. O_S |

| Re: Acute HD hi all, not sure how i surfed onto this site, however i must have been reading some older posts from acute dialysis nurses, mostly seemed like one whom were working in the hospital setting. question? where is the best resource to find the pt. ratio in an acute setting with and eight bed ward. many times, one nurse is left alone with a tech. hours upon hours worked from all acute employees. is this a common problem in this area of work?? very frustrated with my job... i wanna puke everyday before i go in..... it's time for a change........... |
