| requesting information on nursing union Pros and Cons Hello I am new to the forum and I just found it by searching for information. I am a nursing student in NC in a RN-BSN completing program with a graduation date in DEC06. I have an assignment to do,it involves doing a debate. I chose the topic of unionization of nursing the Pros and Cons. My problem is that I can not find any information on the pros and cons of unionization. I have heard that in California there are nursing unions. (Thats the only state that I have heard about) We have none here in NC. Can some one point me in the direction or give me some information that would help me give a meaninful and fair view of both sides. Thanks in advance |
