Please help with these application problems.

I'm trying to take this test. Join me, It's so fun...
1.) The order reads - Demerol 45 mg, Atropine 0.3 mg IM now. Demerol comes in a pre-filled syringe 50mg/ml and the Atropine comes in a vial labeled 400 mcg/ml. How many mls toatl will you be injecting?
a.) 0.78 ml
b.) 1.0 ml
c.) 1.65 ml
d.) 2.13 ml

2.) Cytoxan 4m/kg per day PO has been ordered. The client weighs 154 lbs. How much would the nurse give each day?
a.) 100 mg
b.) 120 mg
c.) 240 mg
d.) 280 mg

3.) A patient has a blood glucose reading of 320 mg/dl on the accu-check machine. The order is to give Humulin Regular insulin using the following formula (Blood Sugar - 200/ 10. How many units of insulin should you give?
a.) 6 Units
b.) 12 Units
c.) 4 Units
d.) 3 Units
I don't even understand this one

4.) Dobutamine drip at 7 mcg/kg/min as been ordered. The client weight is 220 lbs. How many mg/hr will the client receive?
a.) 32 mg/hr
b.) 38 mg/hr
c.) 42 mg/hr
d.) 46 mg/hr

5.) An IV is infusing at 38 gts/min. If the drop factor is 15 gtts/cc, what is the IV rate?
a.) 125 cc/hr
b.) 142 cc/hr
c.) 152 cc/hr
d.) 163 cc/hr

6.) A nitroglycerine drip at 24 mcg/min as been ordered. The pahrmacy send an IV of 250 ml D5W with 8 mg nitroglycerine. The drop factor for the special nitro tubing is 60 gtts/ml what would be the rate of floow for this IV?
a.) 28 gtts/min
b.) 36 gtts/min
c.) 43 gtts/min
d.) 47 gtts/min

7.) Demerol is available as 75 mg/ml. Demerol 50 mg IM has been ordered . The amount of drug is bo administered is:
a.) 0.5 ml
b.) 0.67 ml
c.) 0.75 ml
d.) 1.5 ml

8.) Cephalwxin monohydrate 3 g over the next 24 hours, divided into 6 equally spaced doses, has been ordered. How much should you give for each dose?
a.) 3000 mg
b.) 500 mg
c.) 1000 mg
d.) 2000 mg

A client os ordered to recieve insulin at 3U/hr with a solution of 50 u / 100 ml in normal saline, the rate of infusion in milliliters would be:
a.) 4 ml/hr
b.) 12 gtt/ml
c.) 10 mL/hr
d.) 6 mL/hr
(answer b makes no since, maybe a typo on their part, I did type is as it was given to me)

I appreciate any help from you ladies. My math is so rusty.
