i'm a long time traveler (fl) but new in ca. my present contract here in bakersfield...well i'm counting the days. would like to to go north afterwards, can anyone recommend good locations/hospitals? i'm primarily a cardiac, stepdown, tele experienced, also icu (but not my first choice). i appreciate any leads.

I think that Monterey California is beautiful. I used to work at Monterey Peninsula Hospital. It is on the ocean. Has the Montery Bay Aquarium. Cool weather year round. And the patients are very high class.

thanx for your reply. i've heard so much about montery, i just have to go see. can you tell me more about the hospital, and which travel agency were you with? these can be the deal or no deal...even in paradise. of course money is always important, floating, assistance, how they recieve travelers. whatever else you can provide, i will appreciate. again thanx. yogibear
