Compasionate Use Act

Are health care providers protected under the "Compassionate Use Act?"

Would a nurse, doctor, etc. lose there license if found to test positive for marijuana, if they were enrolled in a "medicinal cannabis" program?

Would they be found psychologically incapable of practicing if enrolled?

Would enrollment in such a program present problems when looking for work?
