melufbsn Junior Member Join Date: Sep 2006 Posts: 2	Floating I am a contract travel nurse in ICU and am expected to float to ER and Med-Surg units without any orientation and take a full assignment. i'm not comfortable taking care of 6-7 patients, but nursing administration thinks I'm ridiculous for feeling "unsafe" and insist that I continue to do it. Any thoughts?
