Hello I am in nursing school currently. I am worried about the board rejecting me for a few things I did when I was younger. In 1999 I was urinating outside, I was 19, and a neighbor seen me and reported me saying his 15 year old daughter seen me as well. The detective contacted me a couple weeks later I ignored his requests. He charged me with indecency to a child. A year later in court the judge dropped that charge which was a felony and charged me with misdemenor indecent exposure. What do you think the board will make of that. I also have a few hot checks on my record as well.
