| clinical ladder Does any one have ideas on clinical ladders? I work in a busy ER, we see about 65,000 patients a year. To save money, our perfect attendance and retention bonus have been stopped. Now a clinical ladder program has been proposed that is ridiculus. Frustrated |

| Re: clinical ladder our clinical ladder stopped too but they are looking at revamping it. The previous one was a pain in the butt and nobody did it. You had to make copies of your "good charting" I think that's on you evalation, extra committee things, community things just copies and copies of stuff and submit it yearly. I hear the new one will have points for education things, committees etc so we'll see how it turns out. |
