| LVN\'s not in unions and RN\'s are in California? Is it true that in California the RN's are in the union but the LVN's aren't? I don't understand this. Can some one explain? |

Could simply be that the LVNs did not want union representation. Happens frequently. An e-mail to the union in question should get you a detailed response.
