I see It. But I wonder why we are all subserviant. We know it. I want to change it. No nurses feel like me. All my cohorts wish to do is to make enough money to pay off their Lexus. Where is passion out here? Where is the need to make a wrong right. Where is it? We have to stand up and change the healthcare system out here.

Interesting conflab for Charge RNs. Although in CA, our facility will no longer post Charge RN positions. The plan is for Assist Managers to replace as Charges retire/resign.
