The 47-year-old has worked for St David's Foundation Hospice Care for the past six years. She said, "After a patient has been referred to our services by their doctor, district nurse, relative, or whoever, we will go along to them to carry out an initial first assessment, looking at all aspects of their case, including physical symptoms, emotional and spiritual needs and even financial aspects."
